Awesome business. I bought a new mattress from the Old English Bed Company. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, and it showed up today from Best Price Beds right on schedule. They took away my old mattress for a fee of £40. Really good service, super efficient, and it was the best deal I found for this particular mattress.

When you're spending that much, I'd suggest going with larger retailers for more options if things don't work out.

We reside in an old cottage with a twisty, narrow staircase. The delivery crew had to wrestle our new giant mattress to get it upstairs, but they pulled it off. We got ourselves a Relyon Repose New Gel Fusion 2800 Mattress, King Size variation, and let me tell ya, when it showed up, it was downright un-sleepable. It felt like it was 8 months pregnant on one side and 6 months on the other. Clearly, quality control is a foreign concept to this company, 'cause it was super obvious to anyone looking at it.

Steven really impressed us! After being disappointed by another company that promised delivery in 2 weeks but took almost 3, we turned to Steven. He took our order on Tuesday and had the mattress at our place by Thursday! Now that's what I call a quick turnaround! The delivery was top-notch, and they even took away my old mattress. I bought a Hypnos mattress. It showed up pretty quickly. I would’ve appreciated a bit more info and communication from the delivery service, but that’s not on Bestpricebeds, who got our order to us without delay. I haven’t opened it up and tried it out yet, so I can’t really say much about the quality! But I’m confident it’s gonna be just fine. If it’s not, I’ll drop another review later on.
